Hi! I'm Pamela Nixon. I'm a yoga teacher, and a mother, and I have some tools I want to share with you in my brand new course, Yoga Tools To Teach Your Children. In this video I'll explain what meditation is and what it isn't, why you shouldn't expect your children to sit still and be quiet for long periods of time, and why children of any age can begin this beneficial practice with child friendly exercises and tools that you can use to practice at home with the whole family.

The activities in this video will help you teach your children how to ground themselves when they are overwhelmed by stress and anxiety due to those pesky thoughts that drag them into the past or propell them into the future.
