From the littlest yogis up to adults, I offer weekly classes and events for all ages. Storytime yoga for 5 and under, after school yoga for elementary school aged kids, tween classes, chair yoga and more. Scroll down to view my full schedule.

Yoga & Journaling for Tweens
In this class kids ages 9-12 will learn poses, breathwork and relaxation techniques they can use when they need help calming the mind and body and help to settle big emotions. They will also get to practice partner and group poses to promote teamwork and togetherness and learn about supporting each other. The journaling portion of the class includes writing prompts that encourage the kids to explore their relationship with themselves and reflect on their feelings. Each child will receive a journal to use during class and take home with them.

Yoga & Affirmations for Tweens
Kids in grades 4-6 are invited to come to the library for an afternoon of Yoga & Affirmations. Your tween will learn power poses to feel strong and confident in their bodies and some positive affirmations that go along with them. They will also practice breathwork and relaxation techniques that they can use when they need help calming the mind and body and help to settle big emotions. Each child will get to create their own affirmation cards to take with them to continue the positive, healing vibes at home.

Yoga & Jewelry Making for Tweens
Kids in grades 4-6 are invited to participate with their peers in a fun and engaging class of yoga & jewelry making. In this class we will be working with mantras, words that are repeated to aid in meditation & concentration. Each child will get to choose their own mantra to focus on during poses, breath work and guided meditation, and then turn their mantra into a bracelet using letter beads.

Adult Classes & Workshops
This Mother’s Day weekend, give yourself the gift of peace and relaxation with an after-hours yoga class created just for Moms. Come and experience slow, gentle movement and breathwork, while also experiencing the benefits of essential oils and Reiki infused crystals. Everyone will receive a crystal and oil roller to take with them, to enjoy continued healing at home. Leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and ready to begin your Mother’s Day weekend.
