Breathing break
for calming down

This breathing break is great for your kids to introduce full, deep breaths that will slow the heart rate, relax the mind and calm the nervous system.

Breathing Break for
Increased Focus

Before your child begins school work / distance learning for the day, or when they need a little rest from it, take a breathing break to practice alternate nostril breathing. This breath is calming, yet energizing and will help increase focus and attention!

Breathing Break with the Hoberman Ball

The hoberman ball, or the breathing ball as I like to call it, helps children learn to take slower, deeper breaths to help calm the mind and body.

Bedtime Yoga
for Kids

Help your children end the day with some gentle, bedtime yoga. Through breathwork and relaxing movement, your children will feel calm and peaceful and ready for bed!

Make a Relaxation Jar at Home

A relaxation jar is a great calming tool you can make at home or in the classroom with just water, glue and glitter!  It can be used to help calm little minds when children are upregulated or during times of uncertainty, transition and stress.
