Present Moment Meditation for Preteens & Teens
It’s so easy to get caught up in our thoughts that are constantly trying to take us into the future, thinking and worrying about what is happening or what we can do, and the thoughts that are constantly trying to drag us into the past, thinking about things and times that have already come and gone.
